Melissa’s passion for physiotherapy began after a knee injury in high school, inspiring her to help others return to the activities they love. 

 

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Performance in Billings, Montana, and a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree in Gold Coast, Australia. After graduating, she worked for a private mobile physiotherapy company, making a significant impact on her clients within their homes and communities.

In 2020, Melissa moved to Penticton and worked at Penticton Regional Hospital. After her daughter’s birth in 2022, she transitioned to community care within the public health sector. Her diverse experience in public and private sectors allows her to direct clients to the appropriate services.

Outside of work, Melissa loves spending quality time with her two daughters and her husband. They can be found at the golf course, the beach, in their garden, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
