Mobile & Home Physiotherapy
Treatment That Meets You
Where You Are
Physiotherapy shouldn't depend on whether you can get to a clinic. Live + Grow Physio brings licensed, one-on-one physiotherapy directly to your home or another location that works for you, anywhere from Penticton and Summerland to Oliver, Osoyoos, and Keremeos. You get an unhurried session in a space where you're already comfortable, and treatment shaped around the stairs you actually climb, the chair you actually rise from, and the goals that matter most to you.
Falls Prevention & Home Safety Assessments
A fall is rarely caused by one thing. It's usually a combination of strength, balance, footwear, lighting, floor surfaces, and the small daily habits that build up in a home over decades. This assessment allows us to see the actual risks in your daily life.
Our falls prevention visits combine a physical assessment of your strength, balance, and walking pattern with a room-by-room look at your living space. You'll leave the session knowing what your specific risk factors are and what to do about them, in plain language.

Frailty & Generalized Weakness
Strength fades quietly. A stretch of illness, a hospital stay, a hard winter with less activity and suddenly getting out of a low chair or carrying groceries in from the car takes everything you have. The encouraging part is that strength responds to training at every age, including into the 80s and 90s.
We start by finding out what you've stopped doing, or started dreading, and work backward from there. The program is built tailored to your needs and existing access to equipment.
Hospital Discharge Safety Assessment
Coming home from the hospital can feel overwhelming. We visit you during that transition and practice the movements your day actually requires: bathing, sleeping, eating, dressing, even bathroom visits, so you and your family know what's manageable before you're managing it alone.

We want to put you at ease during this transition.
Pre and Post-Operative Care
What happens before surgery shapes what happens after it. Going into a knee replacement, hip replacement, or shoulder repair with better strength and a clear plan tends to make the early recovery weeks less daunting and you'll already know the exercises before you're sore and tired.
Afterward, recovery is about progression at the right pace: enough to keep tissue healing and joints moving, not so much that you set yourself back. We handle that progression with you, in your own home.

Schedule An Assessment
Whether physiotherapy has been recommended following surgery, a hospital stay, or a new diagnosis, or you've been watching a parent become less steady and aren't sure what comes next, an in-home assessment can identify the underlying causes and provide a personalized treatment plan built around the space you actually live in.
